Section 9

Entry into National Parks or Reserves is at one's own risk

: (1) Entry into National Parks or Reserves shall be at one's own risk.
(2) The Government of Nepal shall not be responsible for compensation for such death, loss or injury in case of death or loss or injury to anyone within the national park or reserve. . .
